MARINATED MUSHROOMS
Ingredients:

                                                                    
1/2 pound of mushrooms                               
1 clove garlic
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Salt and pepper

Preparation:


Wash the mushrooms (don't slice them!!), boil them for three minutes and drain them.

Make a marinade of the garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, water and parsley. Add salt and pepper to your taste. Add the mushrooms to the marinade and let it soak in the refrigerator.

Serve the mushrooms as a savoury snack or as a appetizer with bread.
